At EMBER AND BLOOM, each item is made just for you — printed on demand with care and intention. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right by sending a replacement or refund — at no extra cost to you.
